Grand Rapids, Michigan: Green Light Growth Partners, LLC (“GLGP”), a private investment firm specializing in the automotive industry, has announced the acquisition and rebranding of Middleville Tool & Die Co., a market leader in metal forming. The company will now be known as Middleville Engineered Solutions, LLC (“MES”), reflecting its commitment to engineering-centric solutions.
